A roll of white paper was stretched out from one end of 112 Greene Street, New York, to the door leading to the street, extending to 80 feet. The artist covered his feet in black printer's ink and walked on the paper to the exit door while simultaneously tearing pages from his high school yearbook. Welch reached the door, opened it and left.
